What happens if I buy a membership for a staff member and he/she leaves my company?
No problem. The membership can be used by anyone in your company.
Will StaffingU still sell seats for individual classes?
Yes, the general public will still be able to purchase seats in TeleClasses not already secured by members.
As a member, how will I go about choosing the TeleClasses I wish to take?
Members receive a password to the members-only center on our web site. From there you are just few clicks away from choosing the dates of the classes you want to take as part of your membership.
Do I have to decide which classes I want to take at the time I purchase my membership?
No. You certainly have the option of enrolling in classes immediately after your membership is processed. You also have the option of enrolling in our available TeleClasses at any time during the year that your membership is active. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend you make your class selections as early as possible.
If I enroll in a TeleClass that comes with my membership and find that I cannot attend, what happens?
As long as you inform us 14 or more days prior to the start of a TeleClass, you will be able to reschedule that enrollment for a future date. Class cancellations with fewer than 14 days notice or no-shows will count towards your allotment of the one Track and two Intensives that come with your membership.
What if I can't get in to the class I want because it is full?
Members have the first option to secure space on our TeleClass schedule. By registering as early as possible using the members-only registration center, you will have the greatest opportunity to secure the classes you want, when you want them. If needed, StaffingU is always willing to schedule additional offerings of our classes.
