Whether we grow in this business or die a slow death at it has everything to do with our choices. We can choose to learn from our successes and mistakes. Or we can keep repeating the same old behaviors and hope for a different result (which most often never comes).
This week I challenge you to pick one aspect of our business, such as asking for referrals or making cold calls. Pick one thing to change that you believe will improve that area.
